Remote Work Conference

Stanford University
September 27-29, 2023

We will run a two-day conference on remote work, including hybrid arrangements that involve a mix of onsite and offsite work. The conference is open to papers on remote-work measurement, the drivers of remote work, managing remote and hybrid workforces, performance outcomes with remote work, and the implications of remote work for workers, organizations and society.

The conference will run from 1:00pm on Wednesday September 27th to 12:00pm on Friday September 29th 2023 at Stanford University. To encourage broad attendance and discussion, each paper session will run for 35 minutes with generous breaks and dinners.

Accommodation and food will be covered, and grants of up to $1,500 are available on request to help cover travel costs for participants without personal research accounts or other access to travel funding. Please indicate the need for travel funding at the point of submission.

Submissions are due by June 15th 11:59 p.m. EST. Accepted papers will be notified by July 15th, 2023. Preference will be given to completed papers but extended abstracts will also be considered.
